Prix Fixe Dinner Pairs Local Spirits with Modern Southwest Cuisine
Warm up this January with a spirited dinner at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, in partnership with local distillery Santa Fe Spirits. Executive Chef Juan Bochenski has created a four-course prix fixe menu to complement the award-winning liquors, ranging from a smooth, mellow vodka to barrel-aged apple brandy. Santa Fe Spirits was founded by Colin Keegan in 2010 and has become one of the Southwest’s pre-eminent artisan distilleries. Both the spirits and Anasazi cuisine celebrate regional, organic ingredients for a dining experience that captures and accentuates the essence of the southwest. The evening will begin with a short reception with dinner immediately following in the Anasazi Restaurant. Colin Keegan will be present to speak about his liquors and how they pair with Chef Bochenski’s dishes.
