with Silver Coyote Pure Malt Whiskey

  • 2 oz Silver Coyote Pure Malt Whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • Add a small bunch of blueberries and muddle lightly
  • 3 shakes barrel aged bitters
  • 2 sprays of absinth in double rocks glass


  • In shaker mix all of the ingredients
  • Shake vigorously in cocktail shaker with ice
  • Strain over large ice cube into glass
  • Top w/ a spray of absinth
  • Garnish w/ sage leaf
