High Desert Collins

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Expedition Vodka
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Soda water (to top)
  • Garnish: Rosemary sprig
  • Glass: Collins

Directions

  1. Shake Expedition vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
