Sunset Gold Rush

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Santa Fe Original Mesquite Whiskey Single Malt
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup, honey or agave syrup
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: Lemon slice
  • Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a charred lemon slice.
