Orchard Pommeau

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Santa Fe Apple Brandy
  • 1.5 oz unfiltered apple cider
  • 0.25 oz maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 dash bitters (optional)
  • Garnish: Thin apple slice or cinnamon stick
  • Glass: Nick & Nora or wine glass

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled glass (or serve over ice in wine glass).
  2. Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick.
