The Original Santa Fe Whiskey PX Single Malt
The Original Santa Fe Whiskey Sherry Cask Finished is the most mature and extraordinary expression of our single malt to date. Initially crafted as a limited edition of 500 bottles to celebrate our 10th anniversary, this exceptional whiskey, known as The Original Santa Fe Whiskey PX, garnered such acclaim that we couldn’t resist making more.
Bottled at 100 proof, The Original Santa Fe Whiskey PX is aged for three years in medium-char new American oak barrels before spending an additional year in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This finishing process imparts rich layers of flavor, presenting aromas of ripe plums, tree fruits, musty oak, leather, walnut, molasses, and candied ginger. The palate offers notes of baked apples, caramel, and dried fruits, culminating in a delicate woodsmoke finish.
