Distillery & Tasting Room

Our distillery tasting room is a stunning space designed to immerse visitors in our craft. Surrounded on three sides by floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers plenty of natural light and scenic views. The fourth wall features glass doors that open into the distillery, providing a clear view of the production process in action. 

Education is at the heart of what we do here, with offerings that include tours, tasting flights, and hands-on classes. The spacious layout, featuring a long bar and barrel-style tables, is also ideal for hosting events and can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests.

Our gift shop offers a complete retail experience, featuring our full lineup of spirits, branded merchandise, and ready-to-drink cocktails. You'll also find a curated selection of premium mixers to craft the perfect cocktail, along with a variety of New Mexico beer and wine to round out your selection.

The distillery tasting room is open for tasting flights, cocktails and bottle sales Thursday - Sunday 11am - 4pm

We offer tours Thursday - Sunday at 4pm. Reservations encouraged.
