Santa Fe Spirits has been at the forefront of craft distilling in New Mexico since it was founded in 2010. As the founder of the New Mexico Distillers Guild and a founding member of both the American Single Malt Whiskey Commission and the American Craft Spirits Association, Santa Fe Spirits is deeply committed to the industry. The distillery specializes in Mesquite Smoked American Single Malt Whiskey, offering six distinct expressions: The Original Santa Fe Whiskey Original Mesquite, Apple Brandy Cask Finished, Cask Strength Single Barrel, Sherry Cask Finished, Unsmoked, and Bottled-in-Bond. Nestled in the High Desert of Santa Fe, NM, Santa Fe Spirits embraces local flavors and ingredients to create its award-winning spirits.
