Our Spirits

Santa Fe Spirits has led the way in craft distilling in New Mexico since opening its doors in 2010.  Santa Fe Spirits founded the New Mexico Distillers Guild and is a founding member of the American Single Malt Whiskey Commission and the American Craft Spirits Associaiton.  Santa Fe Spirits’ focus is on its Colkegan Mesquite Smoked Single Malt Whiskey, of which it now has six expressions:  Colkegan Mesquite Smoked, Colkegan Apple Brandy Cask Finished, Colkegan Cask Strength Single Barrel, Colkegan Sherry Cask Finished, Colkegan Unsmoked, and Colkegan Bottled-in-Bond.  Located in the High Desert in Santa Fe, NM, Santa Fe Spirits strives to embrace local flavors and ingredients in crafting its line of award-winning spirits.
