NM Negroni

The NM Negroni puts a Southwest spin on the popular Italian aperitif. What’s that Southwest spin, you ask? It comes from our Wheeler’s Gin, of course! The unique blend of desert sage, osha root, and cholla cactus blossom makes our take on the Negroni truly New Mexican. Pour this in a rocks glass over a king cube, or chill it and drink it up in a cocktail glass. Either way, just add a twist of orange and you’re ready to go!
