- 1.75 oz Colkegan Unsmoked Single Malt
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz honey simple syrup
- 2 dashes of ginger syrup
Instructions
- combine ingredients in shaker glass with ice
- shake vigorously
- strain into coupe
- garnish with lemon peel
