Fresa Fresca
with Wheeler’s Gin
Ingredients
- 2 oz Wheeler's Gin
- 1/2 oz honey simple syrup
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- 2 strawberries
- 3 basil leaves
- club soda
Instructions
- Muddle strawberries, basil, and honey simple syrup in a pint glass
- Add ice, Wheeler's Gin, and the juice from the lemon and lime
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into rocks glass with ice and top with soda water
Honey simple syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Boil water, add honey, and stir until dissolved. let cool. (makes 16 drinks)
