Knotty Pine
with Atapiño Liqueur
Ingredients
- 3 oz Atapino
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 shakes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients
- Shake vigorously with ice
- Strain into martini glass
- Gently add 3 separate drops of Angostora bitters on top. Draw hearts in foam.
