Cactus Flower
with Expedition Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz lime infused Expedition Vodka
• .75 oz cactus syrup
• seltzer

Instructions

• Shake Expedition Vodka and cactus syrup with ice
• Strain into flute or tall glass
• Top with seltzer
• garnish with lime

Cactus syrup

• 1 liter Monin Desert Pear syrup
• 500 ml water
• stir and chill

Lime infused Expedition Vodka

• 1 bottle Expedition Vodka
• 1 lime
• zest lime into vodka and let sit, stirring occaisonally, for one hour
• strain
