Mystic Sage
with Wheeler’s Gin
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Wheeler's Gin
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz sage syrup
Instructions
- Shake ingredients with ice
- Strain into coupe
- Garnish with lemon twist
Sage Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 sage leaves
- in a medium sauce pan combine water and sugar, bring to boil
- add sage leaves, simmer one minute
- remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes
