Rio Grande Fog
with Wheeler’s Gin
Ingredients
- 3 oz Wheeler’s Western Dry Gin
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 1/2 oz shrub (learn how to make here)
- 2 dashes orange bitters + 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients
- Shake vigorously in cocktail shaker with ice
- Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube
- Garnish with orange wheel
