Santa Fe 75
with Wheeler’s Gin

Ingredients
- .75 oz barrel-finished Wheeler’s Gin
- .75 oz Atapiño liqueur
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz cane sugar simple syrup
Instructions
- Shake or stir with ice
- strain into wine, coupe or flute glass
- Top with Champagne (preferably Gruet Brut)
- Garnish with a long lemon twist, using a channel knife
