Whiskey Sour
with Silver Coyote Pure Malt Whiskey

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Silver Coyote
• .75 oz lemon juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz egg whites

Instructions

• add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (shake without ice)
• add ice and shake again
• strain into a coupe
• garnish with bitters

Can be made without the egg white, but it won't be as delicious.
