Santa Fe county is green, which means we can have up to 50% capacity indoors, so we are finally re-opening our Downtown Tasting Room! Thursday, March 25th, will be our re-opening date. For the immediate future we'll be open only Thursday - Saturday, 3pm - 10pm. Since we'll have limited capacity and we'll be open fewer days we are starting out with a smaller cocktail menu than we've previously had. As we go from green to turquoise and beyond we will add more drinks and more days!
We are excited to announce that we will be serving desserts from Coquette. Caitlin has created a few desserts exclusively for us, each featuring one of our spirits. Consider us for a nightcap and dessert after dinner at your favorite restaurant.
We are also reinstating tours at the distillery! Yay! Again, the opening schedule will be an abbreviated version of what we offered pre-COVID: we're starting with tours on Thursdays and Fridays, 1pm and 3pm. We hope to add Saturdays back as we head into summer. We also will start off with tours and tastings only - we won't be serving cocktails at the distillery tasting room for the near future. Tours will resume on Thursday, April 1st, reservations required.
