On Thursday, October 2nd, we teamed up with the Santa Fe Reporter to host a pop-up dinner in our barrel room! Guests were treated to food prepared by chef Xavier Grenet of L’Olivier restaurant in Santa Fe, paired with delicious Santa Fe Spirits cocktails.
