In our whiskey blending class you'll learn about American Single Malts, world whiskeys, and how Santa Fe Spirits blends from many barrels of aging whiskey to get the perfect Colkegan. In the hands-on part of the class you'll start with samples from several different barrels and blend a Colkegan that is perfect for you.
Kakawa Chocolate House comes to the distillery to co-present the whiskey and chocolate pairing. Bonny and Weston have put together truffles, caramels and drinking chocolates that complement each other and will take you through a guided tasting.
